Kochi: The rumors circulated on social media regarding the Parish Mobile App, which has been under the leadership of the Syro Malabar Internet Mission (SMCIM) for a few years, are baseless. Officials said that the activities of the church’s Internet mission are being carried out transparently, efficiently, and with full responsibility.
Messages against the Mobile App are being sent to the email addresses of the bishops of the Syro-Malabar Church, dedicated community superiors, and some other individuals under the name Benjamin Palakkaran. The main allegation is that the mobile app created by the Syro Malabar Internet Mission for the parishioners is earning billions by selling to a US company.
The sprinkler controversy in the media is likely to have prompted a fake message that people will soon notice if linked to it. For the past few years, the company has been working on the privacy laws of the Google Play Store, iOS, and AppData.
The Syro Malabar Internet Mission’s leadership in the mobile app network allows every person to provide all their personal information if they wish, and edit their own information at any time.
