Bengaluru: Archbishop Emeritus and the former president of the Catholic Archdiocese of Bengaluru Rev. Bernard Moraes tests positive for COVID 19. He went to St. John’s Medical College Hospital on July 2 as part of a routine medical check-up. He was later tested for COVID 19.
Archbishop Peter Machado, Archbishop of Bengaluru, said in a press release that the health condition is satisfactory. The Archdiocese has also requested the support of believers. Rev. Fr. Bernard Morees is a native of Mangalore.
