On 28th January, 2018, Catholic believers along with the Presbyterian, Anglican and Salvation Army came together to participate in the prayer of peace, organized at India- Pakistan border. The Commission for the Inter-religious dialogue of the Church in Pakistan led the prayers. The prayer group visited families residing at the border with lit-up candles and shared their peace-talks and concerns and prayed for peace and harmony at the border.
The group came together for prayer when Pakistan’s National Bureau of Experts (LLRC) expressed concern over the growing turmoil in the borders of India and Pakistan.
