BANGALORE: The Plenary Conference of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India (CBCI) will be held tomorrow at St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences. The conference will be chaired by Cardinal Oswald Gracias, President of CBCI and Archbishop of Bombay. About 200 dioceses, retired bishops and office bearers of various CBCI commissions will attend the plenary conference once in two years. There is also talk that the MTP Act Amendment will be discussed.
