Yangon: “China’s Communist government’s lack of focus and repressive attitude has led to the spread of coronavirus in poor countries, and the government should apologize to the world”, Cardinal Bo, Archbishop of the Yangon Archdiocese of Myanmar, wrote in an article in the UCA News that they were obligated to pay compensation for the matter. The Cardinal’s article strongly condemns China’s attempt to silence doctors and journalists who have tried to inform the world about the spread of coronavirus.

China is a country with a great history. They have contributed a lot to the world. But the virus has spread to so many countries because of the criminal backlash of the current government. He wrote that the Communist Party, not the people of China, was responsible for all of this and therefore should not treat the people of China as communal.

The first victim of a totalitarian government was its people. It has affected most of China’s poorer neighborhoods. The cardinal’s question raised the question of how countries such as Myanmar with poor populations would survive, even when the countries with the most economies were exposed to the virus. Bishop Charles Bo was promoted to a Cardinal, in 2015. The reports, however, confirm the Cardinal’s words.

The first outbreak of corona occurred in China. The American magazine ‘National Review’ published an article last week accusing China of not releasing accurate information on the early stages of the virus outbreak, which has caused the worldwide outbreak of the virus. The report has clearly indicated what kind of issues are covered in the fight against the virus.
