Warsaw: A group of rabbis called ‘Or Torah Stone’, ordering Christians to enter synagogues and pray. The rabbinic organization made a historic decision in a communion organized in Poland. They arrived in Warsaw to commemorate the Jewish Massacre. Jewish rabbis also allowed Christians to wear crosses and enter synagogues. Until a few years ago, access to synagogues was denied access to Christian religious symbols.
But in many places, especially in Europe, the attempt by other religious figures to study Judaism is regarded as the motivation for the liberalization of the laws. The rabbis said that if other religions enter the synagogues in honor of the holy place and the Jewish prayers, they can pray there. The rabbis advised the Jews not to hesitate to pray in the presence of the Christian wearing the cross. She also said that the Torah scrolls could be obtained and the Jews should pray for other religious friends.
Rabbi Eliyahu Bernbaum, president of the Torah Stone Organization, said that in the face of anti-Semitism in Germany and Poland over the years, it is an attractive challenge for other religious leaders to join in prayers and to understand their faith. He added that despite religious differences, other religions should seek ways to honor them.
