Kozhikode: Today is the World Manuscript Day. Sister Rosette, administrator of Lisa College, Kaithapoyil, Kozhikode, is attracting the attention of the English Bible. Beginning on September 8, 2018, and completing the writing on October 1, 2019, Sister’s mission was a total of 387 days. There are 1060 chapters in the Old Testament and 237 in the New Testament. The Sister took 2240 pages to complete the Old Testament and 654 to complete the New Testament. The Sister says that he received a notice from the Ernakulam POC that the Bible had been copied and that there had been a call for some time.
The Sister revealed that he had accepted the monastic order and felt that he needed to write more than just reading the Bible to show his love for God. A member of the Missionary Sisters of the Queen of the Apostles, Sister Rosette has served at St. Ignatius Hospital, Mangalore, Father Muller’s Hospital, St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, and Nirmala Leprosy Center. Sister Rosette, who hails from Ettumanoor, Kottayam, has fulfilled her remarkable mission, nearly forty years since she was ordained.
