The spiritual flocks of the youth of Thane Forane have prepared themselves to be an example of those who believe in the word of God and are all set to mark another milestone towards their faith. Thane Forane Youth Retreat named as “CONNECT” is going to be held on 12th November, 2017, under the guidance of the Forane Youth Promoter Rev. Fr. Jomon Thekkumthala with a full-fledged backing of the executives of TZYM both youth as well as animators. CONNECT is a half day spiritual gathering, one of its kind organized by TZYM for the youth of Thane Forane, which is going to be held at St. Thomas Church, Vartak Nagar.
Many priests, parishioners and youth from all over the Kalyan Diocese have appreciated the executives of TZYM in their efforts of bringing up such a Mega event with a divine motto. With a desire to give the best spiritual refurbishment of the youth in the Forane, Rev. Fr. Biju Kollamkunnel, Thane Forane Vicar and Rev. Fr. Jomon, with Forane animators Mr. Shibbi Johnny and Mrs. Joby Joy suggested the event which was then designed by the executive of TZYM, over a period of time.
Jesus Youth and the KEY band will lead the event while Jesus Youth shall approach with motivational speeches, inspirational talks, and interactive sessions on Connecting to the Lord, to the youth. The enthusiastic youth of the Forane are all curious to know and experience this divine event and the effect of social media coverage given by KMC has added more enthusiastic approach to it.
