Kottayam: Catholic Congress president Adv Biju has said that a decision should be taken to open places of worship with restrictions in June. People need to be prepared to cope with COVID disease. The first step is to allow the authorities of the shrines to comply with the restrictions. Biju also urged the government to recognize the need for people to believe in God as well as prayers.
