Kozhikode: The Diocese of Thamarassery has come out with a dramatic statement against ‘Love Jihad’ which has forced girls into cheating. The romance drama is a story about a Christian girl who is lovingly seduced, converted and used for acts of terrorism and sexual violence. With the blessings of the Diocese of Thamarassery, a drama co-authored by the AKCC and the Diocese of the diocese began to be performed on the feast day of various churches in the diocese.
The romance mantra warns against the injustices perpetrated by religion in society. The play is designed to be performed during the feast.
