The Pope has called for full support to those who work in the health care sector for those who are infected with the virus. The Pope added that they are praying to the Lord for the clergy to have the courage to go to the sick and give the Holy Spirit to the sick.
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announced the quarantine to the country through a decree issued on March 9 to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. As a result, people are restricted to travel outside the country and to various parts of Italy. The government also wants to avoid meeting people. The government has said that people should stay indoors, but that they should stay one meter away from others if they go outside to buy essential goods. Rome’s museums and tourist attractions are closed.
