Vatican City: Fake rumors have surfaced in the media that Pope Francis has been caught in the wake of Corona’s spread across Italy. Some websites are even promoting this. Pope Francis has canceled some conferences as a precaution after experiencing minor physical discomfort and colds.
After three days of physical discomfort, the pope has withdrawn from his official duties and is now on a six-day fast for meditation. A week-long meditation will be held at the Pauline Fathers Retreat Center in Arisia, south of Rome, by the Jesuit priest Fr. Pietro Bovati will lead. May the Pope’s meditation days be blessed, may we pray for health.
