Amid the tensions and burdens, the faithful gathered at St. Joseph’s Forane Church, Powai, for the new divine initiative “Forty Hours for Life with the Lord of Life” by the Kalyan Eparchy Pro-Life Movement to promote the culture of life, gave themselves to the Creator Lord Almighty, offering everything they are blessed with and prayed for the whole world, especially for all the children who stay insecure in the wombs of their mothers. The Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament made the faithful of the Kalyan Eparchy present to forget themselves and sit before their Creator for a while at the hour of the night for a purpose that is eternal and divine.
The Adoration began by praising the Lord Almighty and prayed for all the children in the wombs of their mothers and the faithful remembered everyone who has gone astray from the Church. The angels in the heaven prayed along with the faithful present in the church and praised the Holy name of the Lord Almighty at the hour of the silent night. The gathered ones remembered all the missionaries, Kalyan Eparchy of Pro-life Movement, patients, children and the whole world in their prayers, which enlightened the night to a special divine one.
The LORD will command His loving-kindness in the daytime; and His song will be with me in the night, a prayer to the God of my life. (Psalm 42:8)
