Kochi, Kerala: Rev. Fr. Antony Arrackal has been elected as the National President of the Xavier’s Board of Higher Education in India (XBHEI) group. The organisation is instituted under the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India (CBCI). He is also the current Chairman of reputed autonomous colleges, St. Alberts and St. Pauls in Kalamassery, Cochin. He is also a member of the Archdiocese of Verapoly.
