His Excellency Bishop Dr. Vincent Samuel inaugurated St. Peter’s Church, Kaivankala, Kerala. The Church which was established in the year 1988 was almost a shed where the faithful used to gather for the Holy Mass, regardless of their difficulties and troubles in the shed. The Church in 1988 was blessed and inaugurated by His Excellency Bishop Joseph G Fernandez.
The deteriorating condition of the Church demanded a reconstruction which was made possible in the year 2014 under the guidance of Fr. Denson Jose and in the year 2016, more effective construction began when Fr. Joshy Ranjan became the parish priest of the Church.
