Holy Father Pope Francis once quoted, “The right to life is the first among human rights.” Reflecting on the importance of human life, Pro-Life movement of Kalyan Diocese has organized the most eagerly awaited event “EVA-Global Symposium on Life” from November 30- December 2, 2017. The Kalyan Eparchy Pro-Life Movement had conducted ‘Poster Making Competition’ for religious sisters of Eparchy of Kalyan and ‘Life Display Competition’ for catechism students of the diocese on 28th November, 2017. The main aim of the poster making competition was to invite all religious sisters of the diocese to promote Life, with the theme: “Give Life, Gain Life.”
The poster prepared by the sisters would be judged based on the creativity, content, presentation and neatness and selected entries would be displayed at the exhibition desk of the prestigious pro-life Global Symposium. These competitions have got significant roles to play in each and every participant’s life since it highlights the importance and urgency to promote the culture of human life in today’s world.
“EVA-Global Symposium on Life” is organized by Pro-Life Movement of Kalyan Diocese, under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Paul Kunduparambil, Director of Pro-Life Movement, and Eparchy of Kalyan. The Diocese of Kalyan is all geared up to welcome this wonderful event with perfectly arranged schedules including various other interesting activities, to mark the best memories of this year by promoting the culture of life.
