Kalyan Mathrusangam (KMS) celebrated Patron’s Day on 3 July at the Animation and Renewal Center, Panvel. H. E. Mar Thomas Elavanal was the chief guest for the event.
The event started with a prayer dance, followed by a welcome address by Fr. Shaji Parickapallil the Director of Kalyan Mathrusangam. Festal greetings were given by the KMS President, Mrs. Joycee Thomas, which was followed by a festal song. The presidential address was given by H. E. Mar Thomas Elavanal. It was followed by the welcoming of the new Director and Asst. Director of Kalyan Mathrusangam.
Cultural programmes included group dance, Ramban Pattu, and Margamkali by the different mathrusangam units from all over the eparchy. The event ended with a vote of thanks, general instructions by the new Director of KMS and the KMS anthem.
