Kerala Catholic Youth Movement in Diocese of Palghat organizes rally along with a divine get-together for Youth, to promote and encourage the Catholic young minds in Kerala to grow united in Jesus Christ, on 12th August, 2017. The event will begin at 9:30a.m at Kottamaithani, where the youth of the diocese are expected to gather, after which the rally will begin aiming St. Raphael’s Cathedral Square. At 11:15 am, Rev.Fr.David Chiramel, chairman of Kidney Federation of India will take a session for the youth explaining their significance being a Catholic. At 12:00, the event will be inaugurated by the Honorable Supreme Court Justice, Mr.Kurian Joseph.
Jubin Kodiamkunnel, Palghat Diocesan President remarked that “The main aim of this event is to let the young minds of the diocese know their significance and identity as a Catholic, also to strengthen and unite the Youth by building up their Faith in Christ.” Further, he added, “Moreover, this event is mainly focused to encourage the youth to be a good witness of Jesus Christ to the world.”
