His Eminence Cardinal Reinhard Marx, one of Holy Father Pope Francis’ top advisor, conveyed the significance of having women officials who can use their talents to build up Catholic Church in the hierarchy ,at a mentoring programme for women in Munich Archdiocese, Germany. His Lordship reminded the gatherings about the results of various research which highlighted that better results are achieved when both men and women groups work together with unity and hard work.
As reported by the croix.com, His Lordship Cardinal Marx observed that, “We need a new image of what the Church is supposed to be-namely a world church led by men and women from all cultures working together.” His Eminence continued, “We would be mad not to use women’s talents, it would be downright foolish.”
His Lordship encouraged the women gatherings to be more active and to bring out their hidden talents to structure the activities of the Church in better manner.
