The newly elected LCYM State Committee has taken up their responsibilities and duties officially, at Eriyadu Fatima Matha Church of Kottapuram Diocese, in the presence of His Excellency Bishop Dr. Vincent Samuel of Neyyatinkara Diocese who is also the KRLCBC Youth Commission Chairman. The function was inaugurated by Kottapuram Diocese Vicar Gen. Msgr. Sebastian Jacoby.
Hundreds of faithful were gathered at the venue to witness this blessed moment of the oath-taking ceremony. Kottapuram Diocesean member Ajith Thankachan Kanapilliyum is appointed as the President of the Committee and Thiruvananthapuram Archeparchy member M.A. Johny is the new General Secretary. E. T.Taison Master MLA was the chief guest of the event.
Youth Commission Secretary Fr. Paul Sunny, ICYM National General Secretary Paul Jose, KCYM State President Emmanuel Michael, Anish Raphael, E.D. Francis, Fr. Dennis Avittapilli, Sr. Norbert, Fr. John Mariya Zacharia, addressed the gathering.
