His Excellency Bishop Soosa Pakiam, the current Archbishop of the Latin Rite Archdiocese of Trivandrum, inaugurated the 12th Bible Convention under the guidance of Neyyatinakar Diocese at Neyyatinkara Municipal Stadium. Fr. Saju Elanjelam of Attapadi Retreat Centre will lead the Bible convention which will last for 5 days.
As reported by catholicvox.com, His Grace Archbishop Soosa Pakiam remarked that “It is not good to give a cold reaction when it comes to our faith. The purification of the Church should be the collective mission of the faithful.” Further, His Excellency Bishop added, “The Church sparks with the light of faith when the people of the Church are empowered.”
On the concluding day of the convention, His Excellency Bishop Dr. Vincent of Neyyantinkara Diocese Samuel will lead the Pontifical Holy Mass.
