Fr Giuseppe Tonello is the latest to be appointed counselor to the Apostolic Penitentiary. He is an Italian priest who is a Member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Rome Vicariate. He earned his law degree at Rome’s Pontifical Holy Cross University.
