Vatican City: Pope Francis expressed his interest in visiting China while flying back to Rome from Thailand and Japan. The Pope said he liked China and wanted to go to Beijing. It is also noteworthy that the Pontiff spoke of his interest during his flight over China and Hong Kong. During the trip, Pope Francis had sent telegrams to congratulate Chinese President Xi Chingping and Hong Kong Governor Carillon.
