Vatican City: Pope Francis marks the end to his Three Nation Apostolic Visit to Africa that lasted for almost a week. From September 4 to 10, the Pope visited Mozambique, Madagascar and Mauritius. At around 9am (local time), the Pope met Madagascar Prez Andry Rajoelina in a confidential set up, at the Antananarivo International Airport, where the holy father returned from Mauritius to fly back to Vatican City. the nation bid adieu to Pope Francis by rendering the official military respect.

Earlier, the pope visited the feast of Queen of Priest and offered special prayers. Dressed in white vestments, he offered the Holy Mass in front of a crowd of more than 100. With zeal and reverence, the crowd participated in the Holy Qurbana. 

On the morning of Tuesday, at 9:20AM the Pope departed from Madagascar via A340 AirMadagascar flight, marking the end of his Apostolic Journey.
