Vatican City: Pope Francis has issued the motto Proprio, clarifying the rules that must be adhered to in the public treaties of the Holy Throne. The Apostolic Edition of the Apostolic Epistle was published by the Vatican on Monday, promoting transparency and centralized control over public contracts and containing suggestions to prevent corruption. It has been used as the title of Transparency, Regulation, and Matchmaking in its efforts to provide public treaties for the Holy Throne. It includes 86 documents and 12 documents related to legal protection in case of disputes.

The law is consistent with the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. This new law would replace the existing apostolic heritage law. This law applies to all sections of the Holy Throne. The pope states that a good family father’s vigilance is the most respected public principle and that all rulers must act in accordance with the principles of trust and integrity when dealing with public wealth.
