HARARE: The people of the southern African nation of Zimbabwe had celebrated a day of fasting yesterday, praying for a heavenly intervention to rid themselves of the corona pandemic. Yesterday, June 15, Zimbabwe celebrated the Prayer Day at the behest of President Emmerson Ngwangwa. A video of the President praying in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ has already been released. In Thursday’s statement, Emerson called for members of the family to join in the prayer, whether it be a prayer family or a small group of fifty.
