Rome: The Pope has decided to form a public authority church for the staff of the Vatican, according to the Communications Office of the Holy Throne. The decision comes in the wake of a proposal put forward by Cardinal Reynard Marx, president of the Vatican Economic Council, and Cardinal Oskar Rodriguez, the president of the special cardinal committee that helped the Pope to restore Romania. The new group is responsible for the activities of various offices and organizations associated with the Vatican.
