The Diocese of Shamshabad expressed their solidarity with the people in Kerala by donating usable materials worth 20lakhs for 350 families for the victims of the unprecedented floods caused by torrential rains in the southern state of Kerala. This noble act was proceeded under the guidance of Premarg, the social work department of Shamshabad diocese.
The diocese had collected usable materials from Hyderabad region’s 14 churches under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Mar Raphael Thattil of Shamshabad. The materials were unloaded at Changanassery Archdiocese in two trucks.
