Sr. Mary John Kudiyiruppil, SSpS has been appointed as the Associative Executive General of the International Union of Superiors General. She has also served as the representative of the Catholic Church at the World Council of Churches. She has also served as the Secretary General of Holy Spirit congregation.
The international Union of Superiors General represent over 600, 000 sisters and nuns from 80 countries worldwide. It works as a means to connect women religious organizations to the council fathers.
Sr. Mary hails from Cherpunkal in Kottayam district in Kerala.
