Vienna: Malayalee clergymen’s album marked by a conscientious objection against racism is gaining attention. In the name of I cannot breath, music students Fr. Jackson and Fr. Jerine have composed the album.the Album was edited by Fr. Jacob Koroth. All three were clergymen in the Archdiocese of Angamaly and Ernakulam.
The clergymen have composed the hymn with a social commitment that is very important to the artistic value. What makes this song remarkable is that it ties in with the cultural background of the murdered person. Composition is given in the form of a reggae rhythm that was formed in Jamaica in the 1960s in the blues progression of the 1870s in the Afro-American space.
