KOCHI: The Kerala Catholic Bishops Committee (KCBC) has named the best religious teachers in Kerala for its outstanding training in faith training. Mathew Nadakkal presented the memorial award. Chumamar Mathew Thundathil, a parishioner of St. Joseph’s, Narakkanam in the diocese of Idukki diocese from Syro Malabar Church, and MM Parish of St. Jude’s parish of Koondale in South Diocese of Kozhikode. Dr. Abraham is a member of St. Thomas parish in the Archdiocese of Thiruvananthapuram from the Syro-Malankara Church. KCBC Award was presented to Thomas Kutty and Panachakel.
The event was held at the POC. Suzapakam presented the awards. KCBC Deputy Secretary General Fr. Varghese Vallikattu, Dean of Studies, Fr. Stanley Mathirappilly, State Director of Jesus Fraternity, Fr. And Shaji Stephen.
