Kanjirappally: The public will pay tribute to Mar Mathew Arakkal who retired from the diocese of Kanjirappally tomorrow. Organizing Committee Chevalier Adv. Sebastian, Diocese PRO Fr. Mathew Puthenparambil and General Coordinator Fr. Stanley Pulolikal announced this at a press conference. A public meeting will be held at 4 pm with the screening of Mar Mathew Arakkal’s Way of Life.

The event was attended by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Mar Mathew Arakkal and other distinguished guests. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the conference which will be presided over by Bishop Mar Jose Pulikkal of Kanjirapally.

Union Parliamentary External Affairs Minister Muralidharan, Opposition Leader Ramesh Chennithala, Former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy Money will also be exchanged with honorary messages. MPs, legislators, tri-state panchayat presidents, former MPs, ex-MLAs, sociocultural and representatives of various sectors would be happy. TK Rajendran, Principal Secretary to former Prime Ministers, commemorates Mar Mathew Arakkal’s various services. Ayyappan Nair will be released and released.
