Tokyo: Archbishop Mar Joseph Chennooth, the Vatican nuncio in Japan, has been hospitalized following a brain stroke. While preparing for the Holy Qurbana on friday morning, he suffered a concussion. He is now in the ICU. It was Mar Chennoth who was responsible for Pope Francis’ visit to Japan. The Pope had a meeting with the Japanese bishops in Nunsatcher.
