Brother Peter shared the picture with Pope on Twitter on January 8. During his meeting in Santa Marta, he revealed that the pope had asked him for help. In a tweet, he said he and all the teachers had requested him to pray.
Brother Peter, a native of Kenya, is a mathematics and science teacher at Rift Valley Secondary School in Pawani village, Kenya. He spends about eighty of his income for poor schoolchildren. Due to his selfless activities, many students at the school have won numerous awards, both nationally and internationally. On September 16, Brother Tabichi met with the US president.
