In the wake of the worldwide lockdown, the Mananthavady Diocese Youth Ministry is coming up with a new initiative where the Christian community cannot go to church and attend the Holy Week. The Sad Friday Easter Challenge is intended to convert homes into shrines and encourage families to share in the sadness of Easter and Easter without losing the spiritual spirit.
Sad Friday Easter Challenge is a Friday mourning event where all members of the family come together and mark or place the fourteen places on the way to the cross. If the amenities are cheap, mark fourteen places inside the home.
If you have outside space, place fourteen spaces outside. Using the available timber or tree branches, 14 places can be arranged, each using a white cardboard, a piece of cardboard, or an image of the cross. Adjust the crucifix with the crucifix, either indoors or outdoors. The Sad Friday Challenge is that family members from all over should come together and pray through the cross and pray at the Gaguta and participate in the Lord’s persecution. “This is a family affair,” said Fr. Fr. Lal Jacob Paynunkal commented.
On Easter day, we all come to the temple and celebrate the beautiful events of the resurrection. Wherever possible, make use of the available materials and build a small tomb at home and place a sculpture of Christ on top of it. The Easter Challenge is meant to bring home the great work of that hierarchy as it is done in the temple.
Youth ministry officials urge all believers to take up these two challenges and come to the heart of the Spirit of Sadness and Easter to embrace the spiritual spirit in their hearts. Thus, for the Easter Challenge and the Sad Friday Challenge, participants must write a photo of their participant (Sad Good Friday or Easter) separately. Send them 3 different photos. The office bearers announced that they will be giving away gifts to people who know they have participated in the Best Challenge photoshoot. WhatsApp Number: 9495065656
