His Excellency Bishop Dr. Vincent Samuel of Neyyatinkara Diocese highlighted the significance of the youth and their enthusiasm needed for the development of the society. His Grace Bishop was addressing the gathering at the inauguration of ‘Kaithangu 2018’ organized by Aryanadu Forane Latin Catholic Movement.
