Kochi: Cardinal Mar George Alencherry, the president of the Kerala Catholic Bishops’ Council and the Archbishop of Syro-Malabar Major-General Pinarayi Vijayan, has announced that the hospitals under the Catholic Church will be released if necessary. He telephoned the chief minister and announced his willingness to attend the meeting.
Mar George Alancherry informed the Chief Minister that the government would support the government in all its activities as part of preventive measures. Doctors in hospitals, including nurses, have also expressed willingness to quit. Thanks to the support of the House, the Chief Minister said that they can be used for further activities.
