His Excellency Mar Sebastian Vaniyapurackal, Curial Bishop of Ernakulam- Angamaly Archdiocese, while addressing the intellectual gathered for the celebration of the Diamond Jubilee of the Changanassery Archeparchy Catechetical Centre ‘SandesaNilayam’, conveyed that the catechism teachers should be a sign of love in the hearts of students. His Grace Mar Vaniyapurackal was speaking during the Catechism Convention, ‘Kerygma’ held at SB College Kavukkattu Hall.
As reported by syromalabarchurch.in, His Excellency Bishop Sebastian remarked that “Catechism and faith-formation is a service that should be handled with utmost spirituality and care.” Archdiocese Auxiliary Bishop Mar Thomas Tharayil also addressed the crowd, under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Dr. Joby Karukaparambil, Sandesanilayalm director.
Assistant Director Fr. Josy Pokkavarath, ACC Convenor Dr. Rajan K Anthapury, addressed the gatherings. Syro-Malabar Synodal Catechetical Commission Secretary Rev. Dr. Jimmy Puchakkattu led the class.
