Peru: The Dominican Church has opened a new hospital in Peru with the aim of treating the poor. A seminary of the Dominican Church was renovated and converted into a hospital called The Hospital of the Charity of St. Martin de Porres. Fr. Louis Entrique Ramirez Camacho and Fr. Romulo Vasquez Gavidia is also the head of the hospital. Fr. Fr. Said Luis Enrique Ramirez.
He said that they do not want to be confined to academia and that is why they have decided to launch such an initiative to help those who are suffering in society. Though he had been working in the healthcare industry for four years, the idea of doing something better led to the construction of the hospital. We are all called to help others, especially Catholics. Ramirez explained. He reminded the hospital staff that every human being should be treated with humanity.
